GENERALLY
Soruhl is a brand of Lindberg Life Science AB from hereinafter referred to as Soruhl (Soruhl.com)
Prices are in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT where applicable. Deviations from the terms and conditions are valid only if both parties have signed a special agreement that regulates this.
PRODUCTS
All products sold in the store can be used in Sweden and must comply with Swedish legislation. Prices are stated including VAT.
APPLICABILITY
These terms and conditions of purchase are applicable only if Swedish or other applicable law does not prescribe terms that conflict with them. For private consumers, the Consumer Purchase Act and the Distance Contracts Act apply, which also include protection for Soruhl (soruhl.com).

ORDERING
If the customer is under 18 years of age, the guardian's permission must be obtained before the purchase is completed. Orders made in the name of another person without their consent, or in any other way that causes Soruhl (soruhl.com) to suffer financial damage, will be reported to the police. The sales company disclaims liability for printing errors, errors in information, and errors in specification, on all products and services in the Soruhl (soruhl.com) range. All picture information should be seen as illustrations and cannot be guaranteed to reproduce exact appearance and condition. Your order is valid as soon as order confirmation has been received and the order has been registered with Stripe.

SHIPPING PRICES
A shipping cost is added, which is presented at checkout upon payment.
DELIVERY AND CANCELLATION
Normal delivery time is 3 - 5 working days, but we reserve the right to deliver in 5 -10 working days in cases of high order pressure. We aim to ship all orders before 3:30pm every weekday. Note that the delivery time in the checkout is an indication and not a guarantee because it is a third party that carries out the delivery.
In cases where the customer considers that delivery is delayed in such a way that he no longer wishes delivery of the order, it is the customer's responsibility to cancel the order in accordance with Soruhl 's (soruhl.com) purchase conditions. Cancellation after the order has been dispatched is not possible. In cases where the order has been dispatched, the customer is obliged to receive the order. Cancellation of a product or service procured or completed especially for the customer is not possible. Cancellation is also not possible in cases where a delivery is delayed due to the carrier.
Cancellation is not valid until the customer receives confirmation from the Sales Company either by e-mail or telephone.
RESERVATION OF PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
All goods remain the property of Soruhl (soruhl.com) until full payment is made.
RESPONSIBILITY FOR ERRORS
Soruhl (soruhl.com) responsibility for errors in delivery and is limited to the applicable sales conditions. Soruhl (soruhl.com) bears no direct or indirect responsibility for, for example, damage to the product after collection, but is not limited to, incompatibility, delivery delays, service interruptions, data loss, extra work or other financial damage.
CUSTOMER'S RIGHTS IN CASE OF DELAY
In cases where Soruhl (soruhl.com) cannot deliver goods within the specified delivery time, the customer has the right to cancel their order.
COMPLAINT TERMS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
It is advisable that the customer checks the delivery upon arrival to verify that it is correct and error-free. In the event of a complaint, the customer must contact Soruhl (soruhl.com) via e-mail at
In all cases where an item is returned to Soruhl (soruhl.com), the customer must first have received an RN. The return shipment must then be clearly marked with this RN. The customer should write the received RN on the package label so that the original packaging is not damaged. Defective products that are returned to Soruhl (soruhl.com) should be treated as if they were flawless. For all types of returns, it is extremely important that the product is packaged in such a way that it is not at risk of damage. For private consumers, the Consumer Purchase Act applies, which means that the customer has the right to have the shipping paid for a valid return case. At Soruhl (soruhl.com), private consumers have the right to have a pre-paid package label sent to them.
In cases where the return case is not valid and the customer has received a pre-paid package label sent to him, shipping costs will be charged round trip. In cases where the reason for the return is a complaint and the fault cannot be demonstrated, a fee of SEK 200 + VAT + round-trip shipping and handling costs for the case will be charged. Shipments without RN are returned to the customer and the shipping cost is charged. Soruhl (soruhl.com) reserves the right to replace the defective item with an equivalent item in cases where an identical item is not available.
In the event of a complaint, Soruhl (soruhl.com) will remedy the error by sending out a new item in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act.
Soruhl (soruhl.com) is always responsible for return shipping in the case of damaged or incorrect goods.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In the case of products that are specially manufactured for a particular customer, the right of exchange, open purchase or right of withdrawal does not apply. Goods that fall under the food category are also exempt from the right of withdrawal.
For products where the right of cancellation applies (e.g. bar accessories), the right of cancellation is 14 days from when you receive the product. Then you as a customer have to pay for the shipping to us yourself using the appropriate method of transport. Pack well. If you want us to send you a prepaid return shipping label, we will charge SEK 149 incl. VAT per package for shipping and handling. This does not apply to orders sent to companies.

If an item is damaged in transit, Soruhl (soruhl.com) must be contacted within a reasonable time for information on compensation.
In cases where a gift has been included in the purchase, this gift must also be returned if the gift limit is exceeded upon return. Otherwise, the value of the product will be charged to you as a customer.
If the customer chooses to keep one or more items, shipping will be charged if the order total is less than the applicable free shipping limit.
REFUND OF ORDER AMOUNT
In the event of a right of withdrawal or complaint where the customer does not request a new product, Soruhl (soruhl.com) must refund the order amount.
UNRELEASED SHIPMENT
For shipments that are not redeemed and the package is returned to Soruhl (soruhl.com), a fee of SEK 250 + VAT is charged to cover Soruhl 's (soruhl.com) costs for transport and administration. This price is per shipment number and this includes if Budbee & Airmee fails to deliver 3 times.
GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSPORT
If a product from Soruhl (soruhl.com) is damaged in transport, regardless of whether the damage is clearly visible or hidden, this must be reported to the forwarder immediately. However, within 7 days at the latest.
FORCE MAJEURE
An event such as war, natural disaster, industrial action in the labor market, authority's decision, non-delivery from subcontractors, cost-increasing circumstances and a comparable event beyond Soruhl 's (soruhl.com) control, which could not reasonably have been foreseen, shall be attributed to force majeure, which means that Soruhl (soruhl.com) is released from its obligations to fulfill concluded agreements.
MANAGEMENT OF PERSONAL DATA
Soruhl (Soruhl.com) never distributes your personal data to third parties, but may use it to send advertising regarding our own store or one of the stores that are part of our company. However, you as a customer always have the right to decline such mailings and removal from our database if you so wish.
DISPUTE
In the event of a dispute, it is our policy to follow the General Complaints Board's recommendations.
OTHER
Soruhl (soruhl.com) reserves the right to change all information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications and product offers, without prior notice. In the event of a final sale at the stated price or due to that a sales item has expired, Soruhl (soruhl.com) has the right to cancel the purchase and refund any amounts paid in the best way possible. Soruhl (soruhl.com) must also notify the customer if a replacement or equivalent sales item is available
